Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: We do not ship outside the USA and its territories except most items can be shipped to Canada. At an added shipping cost.  We will let you know what added cost will be, so you can cancel your order if you do not want to pay the added cost to ship outside the USA. A lot of the items we offer on this website are dropped shipped directly from the company that makes the product. If you order a full case or roll. Single batts or less than a full case or Roll is shipped from our warehouse in Tennessee (exception for Quilters Dream items). They ship all orders of their products directly to our customers. This saves double shipping cost.  Since we offer several companies products and they all do not ship using the same shipping company. They are also not at the same location.  Your order may be delivered by any of the shipping companies operating in the USA. Such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Spee-Dee Delivery and so forth. When you place an order the website will figure shipping rates. (MOST ITEMS NOW HAVE FREE SHIPPING OR SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICING). When shipping is included in the pricing or free shipping that applies to the 48 states only, not to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Shipping outside the 48 states will be by USPS. If you order from one of these locations we will let you know the amount of additional shipping cost.  Please note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are based on dimensional weight. This is due to the size of the items we offer. Meaning the shipping company charges by the size of the box not the weight of the product. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If you are ordering products made by different manufacturing companies you will most likely receive shipments from each company.

RETURNS: Should be sent to our warehouse at (The Quilt Batting Store, 225 Mt. Olive Rd., Michie, TN 38357). You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Under the following: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as if you received an incorrect or defective item. If you decide you no longer want the item you ordered or ordered an incorrect item, You must pay for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. The item must be in resalable condition. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund much sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, usually 3 to 7 business days. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it is 1 to 3 business days. The time it takes your financial institution to process our refund is usually 3 to 5 business days. In the event you need to return an item, please contact us either by phone at 857-228-8464 or via email Please give us your name and order number and details about the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items. Note that there are some restrictions on the return of some products. Custom-made products usually are not eligible for return of payment and cannot be returned.
